Receiving e-mails that my @pacbell.net e-mail domain is going away

My wife and I have both received e-mails that look like they come from AT&T ([email scrubbed]) that informs us that our @pacbell.net accounts are going away and need to be upgraded.  The e-mail presents and upgrade link.  Is is real or likely a pfishing expedition?
