Received an Email about an Att account however I Never had one to begin with
Not an ATT customer and I received an email about one with the last 4 digits of the account. Not exactly sure what is going on but I want some answers because I was a victim of Identity Theft in 2018

Looks like a scam to me. See this topic from 2018 with the same email address. Also here's information to avoid scams from an AT&T official link.

Even were it legitimate, if you don't have an AT&T accounts, you wouldn't want to give them any response... if you did, then they would have confirmation that the e-mail address should be associated with an account that is not yours.
