Reactivate Old Sbcglobal Email

Is it possible to reactivate a very old sbcglobal email address?

I created sbcglobal email account when I subscribed for Yahoo DSL Internet between year 2000 - 2002 and last login time is in 2005 - 2006.

I have many accounts on eBay, Paypal, etc using this email address and want to retrieve the email address again.
