rbl.att.net down

I'm not able to get to the site either.  Not sure why. going to att.net directs me to att.yahoo.com, so there appears to be some DNS changes going on. In any case. I moved my mail server about a month ago. Checked my total emails going out on the new address and the reputation for emails being sent on that address over the last year and there hasn't been any emails going out on that IP for over a year. Added my IP to the page when it showed. No reply, I'm still getting blocked.

What can I do?
