Problem accessing email with Outlook
I was moving outlook from one computer to the other and I had forgotten my email address for my att.net account. I tried to login to my account and was unable to do so. I was told that my account had been locked out. I finally got someone to help me to reset my password but now it wont work in Outlook. I have used all of the appropriate settings but is there a problem with my account as to that fact that it may still be locked out? I have no problem accessing it thru a browser via att.net. Any suggestions?
