Problem accessing email with Outlook

I was moving outlook from one computer to the other and I had forgotten my email address for my att.net account.  I tried to login to my account and was unable to do so.  I was told that my account had been locked out.  I finally got someone to help me to reset my password but now it wont work in Outlook.  I have used all of the appropriate settings but is there a problem with my account as to that fact that it may still be locked out?  I have no problem accessing it thru a browser via att.net.  Any suggestions?

Just a thought, don't know if it will work.  Log out of the webmail and log back in.  The try your outlook client.  I seem to recall (a distant memory, might be wrong) that repeated attempts to access email with an incorrect login from a email client does lock it out.  But the lock can be cleared by a successful login to your att account (I said log into the email but maybe you need to do it to myATT).

 

And just in case did you verify your Outlook's settings here?
