Outlook won't receive bellsouth.net email
When trying to replicate using Outlook 2010, Bellsouth.net email will not come in. It will sit in "send/receive" for hours but nothing replicates. This has been going on for a week now (since the Bellsouth server was down last week). I've tried pop3 and I've tried IMAP. Nothing replicates in receiving. Yahoo mail replicates perfectly. It's just Bellsouth.net email that won't receive. HELP please!

Mail replicated this morning and it seems like all my outlook mail is about up-to-date with my web mail. I suspect this has been an issue with an ATT server all along and not with my outlook. Seems like it is now replicating as it did before the outage over Thanksgiving. I just wish that ATT had said that there was an issue with their server so that I didn't have to delete and rebuild my account so many times. The account settings in outlook are identical to what they were before the outage and now, one plus month later, they are working ... no new settings, no changes to my outlook.

Glad it's working again. I wasn't aware of any problems but then I don't use it that much and the times I do use it, i.e., for answering questions on these forums, it's always there for me. I am not sure att knows the day-to-day status of the servers since yahoo runs them.

So I also face same issue with my outlook mail. When i try to set up office 365 with my outlook it shows me error code 5.5.1 which is account suspend error code, so i recently active my ofiice 365 but then after is problem happend and i dont know how to fix this . Some told me that it is malware issue so i scan my pc then aldo problem is exsist.
