On AT&T's blacklist
We found out last Thursday we were being blacklisted by AT&T. We have since then corrected our rDNS record and confirmed we had been removed from all of the large blacklist companies shortly after. We submitted a request the next day to AT&T to be removed from their blacklist, but we haven't heard anything back from them.
Their turn times are supposed to be 24 to 48 hours. It has been a week since we submitted the first request. I have already sent another email to see if I can get a status, but I have received nothing.
Is there someone on the community forum team that can assist us? We need to get back to business and this halting our productivity.
