Old Bellsouth account, can't change recovery emails
Someone keeps using my account to send spam emails, I've tried changing the password several times to no avail. I think part of the problem is that the recovery options for me are messed up; I am unable to add or remove recovery emails/phone numbers and there are some clearly fraudulent emails set up there.
This account is an old account, it used to be Bellsouth, then I guess ATT absorbed them, and now I have to bounce back and forth between the yahoo login and bellsouth login when I try to view/change these account settings and then it just doesn't work. It's very frustrating. I've included a screenshot of the 'recovery options' part, when I click "edit account info" at the very top of the page (not included in the screenshot) it just brings me to a page where I can change my name and that's about it.
The recovery process from Yahoo says that I should be able to add or delete these from here, but I can't interact with them.

While that recovery email address is suspicious and needs changing FYI the spammer does not have to actually log into your account to spoof the sender address.
Can you can get into your myAT&T to change your account password and security questions? If not where are you displaying that information from?
