not receiving email from Facebook

For some reason, emails from security at facebookmail dot com are not arriving to my at&t account.  Facebook shows the emails are being sent, but the emails are not showing up.  This is causing a big problem for me.  Really hope to get a solution.  I've reviewed the spam folders , email filters, etc.  Up until May, things were fine with this, but now, a few months later, there is this problem.  Really need your help, AT&T.

If it is only Facebook that you are not getting emails from, you may see if this is an issue caused by a Facebook setting.

 

Information from the Facebook support page:

  1. Open Facebook App
  2. Click Facebook menu button
  3. Scroll down and select Settings
  4. Scroll down and select Notification Settings
  5. Scroll down and select Email
  6. From here, you can adjust to receive emails about your account

I have the same problem but can't get into Facebook to see the settings.  They are trying to send me a password reset code. 
I routinely get emails from face book about posts. So I think it has worked.  I do not have any filters nor is the email from FB going to spam

I am having the same issue but with instagram. My bellsouth email is not receiving the email from instagram with the code I need to log back in. I know my email address is correct and it is not in my spam folder

@ATTHelp please help! I need my FB account for business. I can receive all other emails but not the pass reset code.
