NOT RECEIVING CERTAIN EMAILS EVEN WHEN I HAVE ADDED THEM TO THE SAFE SENDER LIST
I HAVE A CERTAIN COMPANY THAT SENDS ME EMAILS AND I NEVER RECEIVE THEM..I CHECKED BULK AND JUNK FOLDERS ETC AND THEY ARE NOT ARRIVING AT ALL. I HAVE ADDED THEIR DOMAIN AND THEIR INDIVIDUAL EMAIL ADDRESSES TO THE SAFE SENDER LIST IN OUTLOOK (OUTLOOK 2016) AND IT IS STILL NOT WORKING. WHERE CAN I GET THEIR ADDRESSES HARD CODED SO THAT AT&T STOPS BLOCKING THEIR MESSAGES FROM GETTING THROUGH. HUNDREDS OF OTHER CUSTOMERS SEND EMAILS TO ME JUST FINE TO MY @sbcglobal.net EMAIL ADDRESS. THEIR EMAILS ARE NOT SUSPICIOUS AT ALL ETC...THEY ARE A LEGIT BUSINESS.

To add a sender to the safe sender list in Outlook, the process is as follows:
Again, should you come to any conclusion that the company in question is being "blocked" specific to AT&T email addresses, that company can reach us through the info provided to clear that up.

Hello @dquisenb
Not receiving e-mails can certainly be frustrating and be assured, we will do our best to assist with a solution.
Through our Community Forum support, we don't have any way to confirm if the company in question would be on a block list. In cases like this, if you have checked all confirmed settings with no resolution, what you will need to do is e-mail or reach out to the company and refer them to Get AT&T email postmaster help
On that page, there is a "contact" option for scenarios regarding e-mail block list. Explain that you're not receiving e-mail communications from them and they should have internal sources to reach out through the communication provided so that the issue can be resolved.

Hi and thank you. It is not something on their side. I had them email to 2 other email service accounts (non ATT) and they came through fine. The issue is that those other accounts are not my main email account for work...my ATT account is so I have to constantly look into these other accounts which is not efficient.
Where can I add their domain to a safe sender list inside my ATT email account? I have done it in Outlook but the email is not even reaching email. It is getting stuck/blocked by ATT.
Thank You
