Hi @Myemail89!

We'd love to help you here! Is the email address associated with an AT&T account? Or is it a free email account? We suggest that you Reset your Password using myAT&T.

Let us know if this helps!

Let's see if we can get your email working again, @Percyjs.

Are you using an email client or a browser to access your emails?

Just to clarify, are you having trouble when you send and receive email?

Here is more information on how to troubleshoot your email.

We recommend that you either use an email client that is Open Authentication compatible or create a Secure Mail Key for your email. These are security measures which are required now, in order for your email to work properly. They protect your emails against hackers and fraudsters. The Secure Mail Key is a 16 digit passcode that replaces your current password.

Also, we suggest to look over the section on third party mailboxes. You may have to update your email settings, so that everything is correct.

Let us know if this helps.
