Hey @ryanstinfo,
We are here to help with your Email server. Please make sure you are not using port 25. Port 25 is blocked by AT&T due to spam and malware vulnerabilities. You can find out more on AT&T Network Practices.
You will need to verify your IP is not on any blacklists. After you verify no blacklists. You will need to Email our postmaster at abuse_rbl@abuse-att.net as you have done to remove the block. Find out more on our postmaster here.
Let us know if this helps.

Best thing to do is give it 2 or 3 try's and wait a day or 2 for a response with the abuse_rbl@abuse-att.net
It has been better about working the last couple of times but my average is still about 20% on it getting fixed using the email above over the past few years. If you still have are having issues create a new post here and give as much info as you can. similar to my first post. I've had 2 diferent people on here that were alot of help and could get the info to the right people.

So, I was just sort of shunned on this forum by another user because I am not a customer but rather a victim of ATT.net blacklisting us ( we are a bank and our employees send emails to customers with AT&T addresses )
There is not a phone number or support for non-customers of AT&T Businesses affected by this issue and I'm more than frustrated when I read that I have to sit around and hope that someone gets around to answering and clearing the block for us. Can any tell me if they have had this and how they managed?

There is no phone number published for this. The e-mail is the documented mechanism.
My advice is to be sure your e-mail looks like it was written by a human, not a bot. Explain the history of the IP address to you, and your commitment to SPAM-free e-mail including what you've done to prevent any abuse.

@HStanwick
We are in the same boat. We are a private ambulance company with 4100 employees and text our employees to pick up shifts. Employees on other carriers have no issues. I have emailed the abuse_rbl@abuse-att.net 3 times and still have no response. I have been on a call currently for 2 hours and explained the situation to 3 people with no luck

How did you find a number to call? Would you mind sharing the number so I can give it a try?

I called the 8003370500 and was transferred 4 times. I ended up disconnecting the call as I got tired of explaining the issue and them not having a clue. They were trying to do account level trouble shooting and that was not issue.

That is not a useful number for this purpose. I hope the moderators will remove it before someone else wastes hours of their time calling it.
