mail problems not receiving emails

DO NOT RECEIVE mail since 1/1/2018,

1) MAde 3 call to customer service regarding problems with incoming emails,

2) spent 4 hrs on the phone for 3 consecutive days,

3) asked to generate a troupble shooting task adn escalagte for resolution

4) Received NO communication back, neither email, neither phone call.

5) Your support - is ignorant and unprofessional.

6) Aware of Verison Acquisition, but ATT is suppose to support ATT customer, knowing that Yahoo does not have live support.

It is anacceptable adn cost us a lot of troubles.

If it will not be fixed in 24 hrs, we will use all teh social media sources to get ATT mail customers out of yoru company.
