Locked Out of Sub Account

I recently discovered that someone else has access to my email. I went to reset the password and it's asking me security questions that I did not set up. It's not offering any other option to reset my password and now it's telling me that my account is locked. 

 

I've called AT&T support and after being on the phone for almost an hour I was told I couldn't be helped because I didn't have an account number. The account I am trying to change the password to is a sub account that has it's own personal login ID and password.

I completely understand how stressful not being able to access your email can be.  I’ll be more than happy to share any info I can with you!


Have you already attempted to verify your secondary account with the primary account’s credentials?  You can get into all your secondary accounts using the same information, but if this isn’t working please reach out to our Digital Assistance Center at 877-267-2230.  We’re available here from 7am to 1am Eastern Time.
