Locked out of my ATT Yahoo email account
Last night at about 9pm I attempted to access my ATT Yahoo email account. I received a message that my password was invalid. I have not changed my password. When I went through the stepzs to re-set the password, the system insists on sending the reset info to my ATT Yahoo account...which I cannot access! I have an alternate account associated with the ATT Yahoo account for back-up ...for specifically this reason...but the system will only send my user name to that account, not the password reset info. Please help! Like a most self-employed people my email is my connection with people and places I do business with. I'm losing money and opportunities by being locked out of my account.
