Issue Resetting Email Password

Can't recall password, cant recall security questions and being told my zip code for my security question is incorrect that was set up so how do I get the password reset?  This is a subaccount email and I tried to fix it thru the main account and it wont allow me to reset the password.  Any other things I can do to reset password?  I had communicated to Chat support who stated she could only help me so far then set it up for me to call in for help I called in for help and was given zero help when it came down to the zip code that was used for the account.  Which the account was set up 20 years ago and we can't recall the zip code they claim is used on the set up.  Need serious help as we can not access this email account
