Is this survey request from ATT

The forum software automatically removes any e-mail address it sees, so we can't see the e-mail address.   You could post a screenshot.

My guess is that it is not legitimate (unless you have recently interacted with customer service), but I could be wrong.

is the link qualtrics seems to be a legit company but not shure of the qualtrics dash survey url.

Agree on both points.  The registry of qualtrics-survey(dot)com is a bit suspicious looking, but it's the same as qualtrics(dot)com and the site redirects there.

I'm thinking legit at this point.
