Iphone not connecting to bellsouth email after ios 11 updates
When I updated my iphone 5s to ios 11, my bellsouth mail ceased to function. I use the apple mail app. My gmail account continues work from the iphone, and I can still access my bellsouth email from my computer browser. I have updated the iphone with all the current updates to ios 11.2. I have reset the network setting on the iphone. I have updated carrier settings. I have deleted the bellsouth account and added it again several times. When I use the settings at the att website https://www.att.com/esupport/article.html#!/dsl-high-speed/KM1010523, I get a message stating that "user name or password is not correct."
Please advise. I need to be able to read my bellsouth email on my phone.
