Internet support that actually knows internet?

Ive been trying to resolve an issue and the only thing I can get from att is some crappy copy/paste try turning it off and on script. I'm having giant ping spikes to a server 2 hours from me that was working good for a couple days but that's all I've gotten.

Let's get to the bottom of your ping spikes, @Koaldon!

 

Have you run a traceroute to the server? If so, please post the results of your test so we can analyze it further. If you need the steps, please let us know whether you have a MAC or Windows device, so we can provide the proper steps.
