Inbox emails do not move to Trash when downloaded from Yahoo to Outlook
I use Outlook 2007 for my email. When I download emails from Account #1, they move from the Yahoo Inbox to Yahoo Trash. When I download emails from Account #2 they stay in the Inbox on Yahoo, and keep downloading over and over. I cannot find any differences in settings. Help please !

Hi @scoop54,
We are sorry about the issues, but we will be glad to help. Do you have leave a copy on server checked? It sounds like that may be the issue. Also, make sure that your Outlook is updated with the newest version of 2007. It sounds like you may have a similar issue that is outlined here for Outlook 2016.

cause this. I am working through deleting all 17,000 emails (Yikes!).
I checked my Outlook 2007 settings and keeping a copy on the server is NOT
checked. It works correctly for one account, not the other, so I am leaning
toward the virus theory.

I believe the problem was caused by switching servers, and the emails were reloaded.
After a full deletion, we are good to go.
