Illegally charged my card

Yea just had a MANAGER hang up in my face. I have a plan bundle with uverse for phone with internet. Was explaining to the manager how the company has illegally charged my card at least 3 times over $100 dollars. The manager would not listen, was rude and then yup just hung up on me. After this I called back, a women answered & I asked to speak to him. She said he was "on a call" I told the girl to have him call me back when he was done. Yea never received that call back. I called again and the girl answers again & procedes to tell me he is just a manager in training so he could not do anything on my account anyways. Hmm.. Yet he was viewing everything on my account, impersinating a manager, and viewing all my info without an actual authorized manager looking over these issues on my account. I let both of them know from the stat they were being recorded on my phone due to this illegal avtivity. I am seeing a lawyer and also contacting the Better Buisness Bureau tomorrow for making illegal, unauthorized charges on my debit card. Watch any charges on your card if you have one assigned for billing & take screen shots if anything looks off. Really disappointed. Thought this was a good honest company. WRONG!!!!!!

If you have DSL services, you will have to chat with our support group here to have this resolved as our forums teams are unable to assist with DSL billing items.

Yes my name is Rose ***** and my husbands Name is Joesph ***** my # is
*****. Your company over charged my card for months. Not once did my
bill go to the $65.00 pre paid monthly bundle charge your company promised.
How is that possible huh?? When I called your company I recorded everything
and screeenshoted every charge and even screenshoted when yall charged me a
disconnect charge when I still had time. {Inappropriate content removed}-UNAUTHORIZED USE OF MY CARD. When I call I am put on with a manager
oh wait, he magically became a manager in trainning after my third attempt
to speak to him. Wow didnt know it was legal for him to impersinate a
manager, and view all my private info without a authorized manager present.
Oh wait that isn't legal is it?? Nope. Before I found out he was a fake
manager and he hung up in my face I had called him back and a lady answered
once again and told her ince agin you are being recorded said oh yes that
is fine that your company keep the recordings too. So yall better still
have those [Per Guidelines:  Keep it Relevant and Appropriate]., because it is illegal to
destroy those. Anyways she procedes to tell me he was on a call I told her
I am very upset that he hung up on me & that was very uncalled for and
unprofessional that he needs to call me as soon as that call is done and
she proceedes too tell me yes I repeat to her i am letting u know now u are
being recorded again and if he does not call me bk to resolve this issue I
will prove he did not call. I made sure to print out my phone records.
Think he called back? Nope. What else is funny is my bill is down now too
hmm...usually its $100 or over. *****. This is
rediculous because I love your company's internet, but you should not take
money that is not owed to you nor should employees lie steal and treat
people so rude. I have screen shots of everything from my at&t app also. I
will make sure to publish to every forum facebook and sites you have to
warn people of how horrible your company has represented itself. I'm tired
ok never have I ever been so mistreated by a company's employee in my life.
*****. He was so rude, lied, and your company stole from my
card. I have also contacted better buisness bureau on this issue to open an
investigation.[edited for privacy-please do not post personal or unique information such as but not limited to full names, employee ID numbers, email addresses, phone numbers, account numbers, etc.]
