If I cancel my ATT account can I keep both my primary account email AND subaccount email?
I've been reading the forum questions and want to be sure that when I cancel my att internet, my primary account AND sub account email will still be available.
If yes, will they all be available now from currently.com?
Finally, are they still under some kind of Primary / Sub account structure, or are they simply a collection of independent email addresses?

Hi @g8orade!
The link you provided is a great resource for the transition and although it doesn't specifically mention sub-accounts, the information applies to them as well.
You shouldn't see any changes with either email other than using Currently.com if you are not already using it.
You won't be able to create any new sub-accounts or manage them as you used to. Once the service is cancelled, account management will be minimal. You can reset your passwords as needed but no major changes can be made.
If you have emails you would like to back-up, you can also use a client such as Outlook or Thunderbird to download them. Here is some information on using clients if you are interested in that.
If you have any other questions, let us know!

Sorry for the confusion, @g8orade!
Your email should stay intact, just as it is. The backup information provided is just an alternative way to make sure you always have access to important emails. As with any technology, it's always good to have important things in more than one place.
Hope this helps!

This dial-up cancellation page doesn't mention sub account email preservation. https://www.att.com/support/article/dial-up/KM1392027

Thanks much for that clarification!
I'm now trying to understand the "back-up" part of the reply. :-)
Will the email history stored at my current email,"[email scrubbed]" not be preserved at the currently.com server?
