I still cannot receive email although password was reset

Cannot receive email although password was reset.

Continue to get either one of following messages:

(1) Sending of password for user *****@bellsouth.net did not succeed. Mail server inbound att.net responded: Server error - Please try again later.

(2) Connection to server inbound.att.net was reset.

Try using a secure mail key instead of the password in your email client app.
