ATTHelp Donovan.....is this a boilerplate answer from months ago?

There is no longer an issue with downloading McAfee.  One needs to use THIS link, sign in with their main AT&T account login credentials (not a subaccount) and it will take you to the proper page to get the full McAfee Anitvirus Plus Elite Edition.

I know because I just did that....

@anadrouet  If you have a Windows 10 or 11 machine, consider it a godsend that you couldn't download McAfee.  It's a bloated piece of software that offers you nothing more in the way of protection than what comes with Win10/11.

We're here to help point you in the right direction regarding your AT&T Security Suite download, anadrouet.

AT&T Internet or DSL customers with a connection speed of 3.0Mbps or higher can download the Internet Security Suite free of charge. In regards to the download process, we hope to have this resolved soon. In the meantime, you can access a free McAfee trial here:
https://download.mcafee.com/molbin/iss-loc/directmtponeclicktrial/1.0/1316/1.0.100.1/mcafee_trial_setup_433.0207.3919_key.exe

We appreciate your patience.

My UVerse ATT plan allows having 4 computers listed under the free McAfee security; however, the McAfee site shows more than four listed in the square boxes with the matching computer name but I cannot remove the dead or older ones. Since more than four show, the button to add a new one does not work. Even with the help of ATT/McAfee technicians, I have not been able to remove the dead or older computers to make room for the new one I just purchased. To be able to identify those that should be deleted, I changed their name to "CANCEL."  Please advise how to remove the obsolete laptops in order to make room for a fourth one. Thank you!
