I need to add a website to my phone.
I am trying to put on a new Amazon fire stick and it won't accept my user name and password. we think AT&T is blocking this website. How do I add a website?

Sometimes a website that you know is safe may trigger a blocked notification. If you trust the page, you can select Allow Access to add the site to the exceptions list in the Smart Home Manager. If you do not see the notification the Smart Home Manager app, try accessing it via a web browser to see if you can locate the notification there.
While you give that a try, can you let us know the exact message you see when trying to access the set-up website? Depending on what message you are receiving, we may need to alter our troubleshooting.
