I got an error code and can’t login to the myAT&T app

Let's get you back into the myAT&T app again, Jtmartinez03162001


Let's go through and check the website, since logging in there is the same information. 

  • Go to
  • Click on Accounts > Sign In
  • Enter in your username (which should be the full email address on file) and your password
  • Click on Sign In.

If the website logs in to your profile then you will need to do some app troubleshooting. Here are some troubleshooting steps to help along your way:

  1. Force close the app and relaunch it - varies on phone, browser, or device operating system
  2. Restart the device - You can find this information in your manual as well.
  3. Delete cache in the app - varies on phone, browser, or device operating system
  4. Uninstall and reinstall the app - varies on phone, browser, or device operating system
  5. Download the latest software/OS for your phone or tablet
  6. Test the App while in Safe Mode - On some models of phones, you can test while in Safe Mode
  7. Report/post a review in the app store - some programmers check it for feedback

If you are still not able to log-in to the myAT&T app and you are getting a password error, then you will need to the a password reset.  Here is how you do that: 

  • Go to
  • Select Forgot password?
  • Fill out the password info.
  • Choose security questions or temporary password and follow the prompts. If you choose a temporary password, we’ll let you know where we sent it.
  • Create your new password.
