I can't login to ATT to access my email
All of a sudden I can't access my email I even tried to reset my password but in order to do that they need to send the code to my email address but I can't access my email !!!! I have called customer service I have even chatted online but they keep giving me 1-888-355-7580 which is just a recording offering ATT marketing ex Direct TV, t-mobile I need to get my emails ! Help

I completely understand how important it is to be able to access your email. Just so I understand, your recovery email address is the same as your email address you can’t get into?

Hi that's great glad you got helped.
Im having the same problem I cant login to my email account and I use it for business.. can you provide me with the number you use to get real help and not just instructions.. I've try everything but I cant seem to get anybody live to help me..

I'm having the same problem. Tried different browsers. This is so ridiculous. They'be been having problems off and on for 8 months now. They're making millions of dollars off advertising through the web portal, take care of your customers!!!

My old phone number is 678-532-1135 can someone help me to login into my email allisonfranklin924@yahoo.com

I am now able to access my AT&T/Yahoo email (since 10/22/18) via web.
You need to contact AT&T internet/email technical support team (I dialed 611 from my mobile).
Technical Support had me clear the cache and history in the browser (on my computer) then AT&T reset my login password via text.
These steps helped me access my email again.

I talked to a man that was from AT&T was not able to help couldn't make him understand I could not get into my emails to receive what he was sending
