I cannot login into my email?

I cannot login to my email. It just says I have had too many unsuccessful login attempts.

The issue is that I have not made any login attempts and I know exactly what my password is.

No, resetting my password is not a solution as it does nothing to stop having to constantly reset my password.

Anybody else have a the same issue recently and know a real fix?
