I Can No Longer Access Email

HELP????
As of 2 days ago, I can no longer access my email through my iPhone or Outlook. I can only access it through the website. How do I fix this???

Go to att.com and login with that email and password. Navigate to Manage Profile, and look for Create Secure Mail Key. Create a key, then  copy that key and paste it in place of your password in outlook or other mail apps.
