Hard time managing sub accounts?
have email acct, want to setup a sub acct for spouse
Are you a rolling stone?
Can't get no satisfaction?
I do not think sub accounts exist any more
I have some but no way to manage them.
Did you have any luck?
My daughter's e-mail is a sub-account under my sbcglobal e-mail address. Her account was hacked and we can't reset the password because we have no idea what the answers to the security questions are. The account was made many years ago, I'm not even sure that we are the ones that selected the security questions and answers. I would appreciate any assistance as my daughter would like to have access to her account.

I have tried for 20 years to delete sub accounts. I have called, chatted, or internet asking to delete sub accounts. But GUESS what nothing YAHOO, or AT&T has helped or worked. HELP ME PLEASE!
If I create a sub-account, can I still use the original account?
Yes, you can still use the original account after creating a subaccount, @sm9492!
Here's how to set up a subaccount if you're interested:
Good to know: If you don’t see Manage subaccount users, make sure you’re signed in with the primary Member ID email.
How subaccounts work:
A subaccount is a Member ID email address set up under the account owner's primary Member ID. Only the account owner can create and manage subaccounts. For example, the account owner would have a primary Member ID email and their spouse or children would have subaccount Member ID emails.
Heads up: If you created a free AT&T email account after June 12, 2011, and you don’t have AT&T Internet or DSL, you can't create subaccounts.
