Hard time managing sub accounts?

Trouble finding manage sub-accountsFor those having trouble finding manage subaccounts. I found it.Login to att.com with primary account> Hover over Profile and Click Link My AT&T Accounts> Under Account type select AT&T Email> Under AT&T Email Address put the primary address> Select Next> A red box comes up that says already linked> Select View all numbers linked to this Access ID> Under AT&T Email Accounts> Select Account profileHere is where you will find manage sub-accounts

Learn how, as an AT&T primary account holder, you can create and manage subaccounts.

Hi I am able to manage the sub account, I set up account 10 or more years ago and for some reason password got changed. I can access the password change option but do not Rember security questions, and must not have set up alternate email account or cell number. Can any one tell me how talk to some one or what to do.
This answer is no longer relevant, at least for me. There is any Account type when I access Link my AT&T Accounts. Yet this is the only pertinent result when searching for "manage sub-accounts" in Support. Very frustrating.
This doesn't work. Manage sub accounts doesn't show up. I even tried emptying my cache. Didn't work. Very frustrated with this.
I have news for you. This doesn't work. Manage sub accounts doesn't show up anywhere. Would really like to get this sorted. Having problems with changing passwords. Thanks.
AT&T has moved things around and the Below solution no longer works!
