How do I retrieve a lost draft?

Last evening we were writing up an email (it took my secretary over 3 hrs). Somehow it disappeared a few times but it was saved to drafts. Except the last time. Hello @randyhess64

Losing e-mails can certainly be a frustrating experience. We're glad to assist you through our Community Forum.

If you have searched all folders, unfortunately it's not an option for recovery. Deleted drafts do not go int the Trash like the deleted e-mails. The concern would be why the draft disappeared. It's possible that at some point during the drafting of the e-mail, there was a connection issue with the web mail server, etc.

For future solution, you might look into using a mail client, such as Outlook, etc. Using those programs, you can work offline and save e-mail drafts as you're in the process of writing; online or offline.

For specific e-mail setting support, check out this page for Set up or update AT&T email.

No help to offer, sorry. I advise composing long emails in a separate text file, then copy to the email client for sending.
