How do I add an additional account to email?
When I go to "Mail.yahoo.com", I can pull mail from other accounts so that it all shows up in one place. In the olden days, I could pull mail from non-ATT accounts as well. At some point, my external accounts disappeared and I can't figure out how to add them back.
When I go to Settings --> Accounts, I see the three ATT accounts I'm pulling but I don't see any way to ADD account. What happened? Where is the ADD button?

Yahoo!s mail help says I can add non-Yahoo addresses but when I follow those instructions, it just keeps asking for ATT login credentials.
Who's responsible for this?

I forget what the maximum number is, but on your myatt page is a submenu to manage your acounts, and from there, you can create sub-accounts.
There is one account that is primary, and has full controll over all the sub-accounts.
It is pretty easy to use and set up once you find the page.
Good luck, and enjoy.
ATT e-mail support is responsible for ATT domain e-mail accounts,
Yahoo works with accounts NOT ATT.
Clumbsy way to phrase it, but best I can do.
And, the two are not supposed to mix, even though they do "share" servers.

I'm not asking about sub-accounts -- we have a full complement. I want the ability to pull mail from non-ATT/Yahoo accounts into my webmail. -- as described in the ATT article I cited. This was possible for the past 10 years or so but something has happened and only other sub-accounts are showing up.
When I go into e-mail settings -->Accounts, there is no ADD button.
Yahoo! says that they don't provide support for ATT customers. ATT provides instructions for ATT customers that don't work and says it's not their problem. So...who is responsible?

Although it's a Yahoo help page, this seems to be more relevant than the AT&T one:
https://help.yahoo.com/kb/SLN17340.html
The problem is this process doesn't work either. After selecting Add Account and logging in I'm directed back to the webmail page.
Update: I checked my free Yahoo email address, there Settings/Accounts DOES show an Add Account button. But you are limited to only 5 external accounts and they all must originate at AOL(!!), Outlook or Yahoo.
Probably a whole team of programmers devoted to breaking something that used to work.
Yahoo stock price down 33% for the past year.
