How can I change my public IP address?
I am having a problem where I no longer have access to one website I regularly visit and I suspect it's an IP ban but I have no idea why and there is no way to contact them. I figured I need to change my IP to get it working again.
Specifically the one that shows up when visiting https://www.whatismyip.com/ . It looks something like this: 75.37.58.XXX. Is there anyway to change this with AT&T Uverse? I am using a black modem/router combo.

Can I ask what you have against using TOR to get around your IP block?

Tor works for viewing the site, but you cannot post for some reason. It's alright, I will figure it out.
