Help with my email account settings

When I send out an email directly from the AT&T website, my recipients see the email as from "customer service" and not my name.  Does anyone know how to get rid of this?

Click the gear in the upper right, then click settings in the drop down menu and click accounts in the panel that appears.  Click on the desired (or only) account.  The panel that appears will allow you to specify the name and email address the recipients will see for the selected account.

My Yahoo mail is also showing up on my Gmail account. How do I stop this or separate the accounts?

My Outlook account works fine on my mobile device. But not well on my personal computer. It continually asks for my password and whether or not I enter it, it will ask again in several minutes. Now my account will send but not receive emails. I have re-started my computer, deleted emails and tried entering my password dozens of times to no avail.
