Getting the message: "Sorry, we don't recognize this email."

As of yesterday, I have been getting this message when I try to log into my sbcglobal email account that I have had for years, "Sorry, we don't recognize this email." It won't let me get past that to enter my password. What can I do to get access to my email? Please help!
