Free email hacked/suspended
My husband's free AT&T email has been hacked and suspended. Called AT&T to find out what to do and was told we needed to reset his password. We went to the web address provided and after answering the 2 security questions correctly and changed his password he still cannot access his email. Still being told that it's suspended. How can we get it unsuspended in order for him to access his email and notify his contacts that his email address is changing. Since being advised by AT&T that there is basically no support available for free email accounts he is going to change his email but is is vital that he be able to log into his email account. What can we do?
