Fraud contact?

I have received two emails like the following and I want to check whether this is genuinely coming from AT&T or is it a fraud/scam?

This is nothing but a phishing scam. Delete it and forget you ever saw it.  However, please do not post personal information (such as your full name, e-mail or phone number) in this open forum.
