flpd596 DNSBL:RBL 521_is_blocked

Currently our mail server is being blocked (flpd596 DNSBL:RBL 521<myIP >_is_blocked). I have emailed abuse_rbl@abuse-att.net but have not heard back from anyone since 1week ago. I emailed abuse_rbl@abuse-att.net again but this time from the administrator account we use and haven't heard anything back now since 3days. I have several customer using our email services who are unable to email anyone @att.net or @bellsouth.net any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

What you've done is the correct way to go about resolving this. They are the only team who can assist with mail servers being blocked.

 

Keep in mind this information:

  • Email once as they may count the emails as spam if multiple are sent.
  • Do not include any emojis or special characters
  • It may take up to 30 days to receive a respond from the team
