Exception List - Smart Manager not working on desktop and mobile phone

(Using a Mac)

I am trying to add a website to my exception list, but I'm not even getting messages to the message center. It's not very intuitive. How can I add a website to my exception list when the message center is not working? 

Note: In the future, can you just add a button that states "ADD TO EXCEPTION LIST"? That would be so helpful.

Can someone help me? Please?

So that we can help you troubleshoot, please walk us through what happens when you try to add the site.

 

When you visit the site, you should immediately get a notification that it's blocked. Are you getting that notification?

 

If so, when you open the Message Center, you should see the message that the site has been blocked. Click on that message, scroll to the bottom, and click Allow Access.

 

Let us know at what point you're unable to follow these steps.
