Error when signing into att.net email

I can get into my email account on my phones but I can't access it on my computer.  I am getting an error message that says:

"Looks like you’ve tried to sign in unsuccessfully too many times. Recover your ID or reset your password to continue.
CARE CODE: 205.2 [LU003]".  I d on't want to change my password.  It is working on my phones.  How do I get access from my computer.?

We are here to help you get back into your email, @MASMECO.

This error means that you logged into your account with to many failed attempts.

We recommend that you wait a full 24 hours before logging in again. After this, we suggest that you reset your password because this may resync your account on our end.

Let us know if this helps.

Thank you, Marc, but this error comes up even when we don't have ANY failed attempts to log in. Any time I log in to my email or my Yahoo portal page from one of my devices — work laptop, home laptop, or my Android phone — ATT gives me the same (Edited per community guidelines) error message that MASMECO reported above. This did not ever happen until about a week ago.

Wait 24 hours before logging in again? That kind of makes your email service useless.

I keep getting on my laptop this error message:. Care code: 205.2 (LU003) on my first attempt to login.  Literally I try one time and get this messages.  No issues on my other devices.  How are you going to fix this so I don't have to create a new password every couple of weeks? I have noticed this seems to happen when my laptop gets an update or after I have logged out.
