ERROR WHEN EDITING AND OR CREATING A NEW CONTACT

I was having no problems saving, creating, or editing contacts until today.

1. I can save add and save a new contact from a sent or received email.

2. I cannot create a new contact.

3. I cannot edit an existing contact.

4. I can send\receive email.

5. When I click save with a new\edited contact I receive the following error message: "unable to create"\ "unable to save".

I have cleared cache\cookies

I have tried Google Chrome, Firefox, and Edge.

Although, I can save a contact on my Android phone but the contact information saved is very limited on YahooMail for Android.

I cannot find any help here on this issue.

Please help!
