Hi, I do have an issue. The email I sent to  abuse_rbl@abuse-att.net got bounced back, because I sent it from our blocked IP. But the information I got asked me to send from an address with the same domain. Here's what I received:

The original message was received at Tue, 28 Dec 2021 10:56:50 -0500 from m0288874.ppops.net [127.0.0.1]

----- The following addresses had permanent fatal errors ----- <abuse_rbl@abuse-att.net>

----- Transcript of session follows ----- <abuse_rbl@abuse-att.net>... Deferred Message could not be delivered for 2 days Message will be deleted from queue

So what do I do now? Thanks.

Hi, magickitchen.

Try sending an email from a different address, but be sure to include the blocked address in your message. Please give them time to respond, as they get lots of traffic and can take a while to get back to you.

Thank you for contacting the Community Forums team.

That doesn't mean they'll remove your IP from the block right away.
