My husband and I both retired from AT&T. I have email that I have had since the 1990's. It keeps getting locked and I have to call to get it unlocked. There is a group (or used to be) that could send me a temporary password and it would unlock. It has now been down for 5 days and I can get no response. They gave me a case number and said someone would contact me. So far - nothing! HELP
None of the categories nor topics are related to my issue
