I have two (2) email accounts, [email scrubbed] and [email scrubbed]  Since setup of new Yahoo/AT&T  email account I’m unable to send emails between accounts with attached document while other emails with NO ATTACHMENTS go through without a problem.

This problem when adding ATT/Yahoo email to my iPhone 5SE, prior to setup my AT&T mail worked fine, the problem started when At&T combine with Yahoo and iPhone stopped sending my attachments of 20Mb in content.  I can send attached documents to [email scrubbed] on iPhone, but can't to the same when sending to [email scrubbed]. When Yahoo wasn't connected to my AT&T setup everything was fine.  Can't get through on 800-288-2020 with automated system NOT allowing talk to 'live person', just keeps saying my internet service is working and NOT allowing a live tech person.
