How to stop an incoming email from going to the wrong account? Someone hacked my account months ago and created an email account. I changed the password but when periodically someone I know would reply or send me an email to and I do not get it. They show me what email ends up and it is not my email address. This email [email scrubbed] is not my address. This was the one used when my email was hacked and sent a request for gifts to many people. How do I delete this [email scrubbed]? My email end with bellsouth.net.

Whoever hacked your account probably set up a forwarding rule. Look in your trash folder and sent folder, you’ll probably see the missing or forwarded emails in one or both places. You need to remove that forwarding rule.
