email

I cannot access my att.net email account. I have had the same email for over 15 years and have all my info stored and nn to get it. It keeps bringing me to sign in and back to get a new password. it has been over a month that i cannot get to my email! How do I get back in!!!!!Plus I cannot get hold of any support people on line or on the phone. Terrible Service!!!

Are you signing into your email using Currently?

 

We recommend that clear your cache and cookies, and clear any saved password data. After you clear everything, you can reset your password, and you should be able to login to your account.
