email site won't let me delete my emails?

If you re trying to delete or disable a conversation in your email, you need to select the check box next to the thread and select delete. Please view this document to get more details on how to delete or disable conversations in your email.You can also delete your AT&T email account if its not connected to a paid AT&T service or if its been 30 -60 days since service cancellation or disconnect.Let us know if this helps or if you need anything else!Yetty, AT&T Community Specialist
