What kind of folder? A mailbox folder in the webmail or just a folder in on your device where you expect the save to create a text file, pdf, or whatever? Within the webmail you can use the move command to move that message to another mailbox folder. To save it in a device (e.g., computer) folder there is no save or save as command. Maybe you have options off the print command for that since that would go through the device's system print options. Not having the ability to save and email on your system is part of the "quality" design of the yahoo webmail.
