I Lee getting email saying from ATT and Yahoo about deleting my email account or deactivate it if I don't log on from that email. Is this real?

No. Phishing. Delete it. Don't click any links.
Look at the From email address. Odds are it's probably not even an att.net address. But even if it says it is it's spoofed. Search these forums. Others are getting that same fake email.
